Our policy for putting customers' intentions first and maintaining fair, sincere conduct in insurance solicitation.
Green Street Inc. (the "Company") establishes the following solicitation policy in order to comply with the Insurance Business Act and other relevant laws and to conduct insurance solicitation that earns customers' trust.
1. Respecting the customer's intentions
- We fully ascertain the customer's intentions, requests and life plan, and propose insurance products suited to the customer.
- We strive for appropriate solicitation in light of the customer's knowledge, experience, financial situation and the purpose of the contract.
2. Accurate, clear information
- We provide accurate, easy-to-understand explanations of important matters such as product content, scope of coverage, premiums and points of caution.
- In particular, we clearly explain important items for contracting, such as the "Policy Overview" and "Alert Information."
- We do not provide conclusive judgments or make misleading representations or explanations.
3. Appropriate solicitation activity
- Considering the customer's convenience and intentions, we do not solicit at times or in ways that cause inconvenience.
- We strive to ensure sufficient time for consideration so the customer can correctly understand the product.
- We respond to questions and consultations sincerely and courteously.
4. Appropriate handling of personal information
- Customer information obtained through solicitation is managed and used appropriately in accordance with relevant laws and the Company's Privacy Policy.
5. Compliance and improvement of expertise
- We comply with the Insurance Business Act and other relevant laws and rules.
- We continuously work to improve the knowledge and skills of our solicitors so we can provide better service.
